  1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms of Service apply when you access www.mannicacreations.com or purchase products directly from the website.

The website is operated by Mannica Creations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16116530.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

  1. ONLINE STORE

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to display and sell our products.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, weight and appearance.

Product colours may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings. Handmade or individually finished jewellery may have minor natural variations that are not faults.

Customers should review product descriptions, measurements, materials and care information before ordering.

  1. PRICES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available through the website.

Applicable delivery charges will be shown before payment. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling fees unless checkout expressly states that these are included.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a genuine pricing error, insufficient stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restriction or another lawful reason.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable payment.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout.

The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

  1. DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days after receiving cleared payment.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Earrings, nose jewellery and other body-piercing jewellery may be supplied in sealed hygiene packaging. Change-of-mind returns cannot be accepted after the hygiene seal has been broken where the statutory hygiene exception applies.

This restriction does not affect legal rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

  1. JEWELLERY CARE

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with the product.

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, jewellery should be protected from chemicals, perfume, cosmetics, excessive moisture, impact and unsuitable cleaning products.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not automatically considered a manufacturing fault.

  1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, branding, product descriptions, photographs, videos and graphics owned by Mannica Creations Ltd may not be copied or commercially used without written permission.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not own or control.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

The terms applying to an order are normally those published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Customers living elsewhere retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law applicable to them. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer’s right to bring proceedings where applicable law allows.
